Pastorino Farms Pumpkin Patch
12391 San Mateo Rd. (Highway 92), Half Moon Bay

Even from the road you can tell that Pastorino Farms Pumpkin Patch is chock full of Halloween fun! I’ve never seen so much orange in one place. Kids won‘t know what do first, but parents will: buy tickets for each attraction.
There is a petting zoo full of friendly and cute little animals for $3, and pony rides for $6. If your kids love inflatables, there is a giant slide which is $1 for one trip down, and a jump house for $2.
Parents can join their kids on a hay ride around the farm pulled by a tractor for $2, or a train ride around the farm for $3.
On the weekends there is a little and not too scary haunted house for $3, and snacks, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, and jerkey available for purchase.
Pastorino's is a great place for a picnic or children's party. There are many shaded tables around the patch perfect for relaxing from all the activity as well as several semi-private greenhouse rooms that can be reserved for birthday, Halloween, and just because parties.
One of my favorite things about Pastorino’s continues to be the Craft barn. It offers high-quality hand-crafted items from a variety of vendors. The items are all displayed in an autumn setting and are reasonably priced. If you're interested in those other two end of the year holidays, Thanksmas or something like that, Pastorino has you covered.
Of course, there are also pumpkins! There are, of course, many sizes to choose from and they are interspersed between the attractions so you won't have to walk far to find the perfect pumpkin after enjoying the activities. Standard orange field pumpkins range in price from $1 to $12. Additionally, Cozzolino's Pumpkin Patch takes up a corner of the Pastorino's lot and they have many interesting varieties of pumpkins and gourds including: One Too Many, Porcelain Doll, Speckled Hound, Jarrahdale, Moonscape, Fairytale, Cinderella, and Indain Doll. A percentage of the purchase price of the beautiful Porcelain Doll pumpkins will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
