Then Gothic Rose Antiques may just have what you are looking for. Located on the third floor of the Sienna Antiques Collective in downtown Petaluma, Gothic Rose Antiques hosts a truly wonderful collection of eclectic antiques. Gothic Rose is arranged into three themed rooms, the first is a Victorian era parlor room. The parlor is richly appointed with furnishings from the era including sconces, an amazing collection of beautiful jewelry (rings, hat pins, necklaces, broaches), masks, furniture, vintage clothing, mourning collectibles, and more. Moving on from the parlor you enter the alchemist's library, my favorite room, where you'll find many medical curiosities, skeletal parts, anatomical charts, bags, unique taxidermy, glassware, and surgical and mortuary tools. The final room at the Gothic Rose is themed after a New Orleans cemetery. This is where you'll want to head if you're looking for mortuary decor, coffins, statuary, urns, even a wrought iron garden gate. There is so much to look at and explore at Gothic Rose Antiques you'll want to allow as much time as you can. You can easily spend a whole afternoon shopping and pondering your new home decor.
