It's the first weekend in October and I know you're as excited as we at Haunted Bay are!  Our calendar is getting so packed with fun events, we thought we'd highlight a few for you. Links to our calendar are provided for all the details you'll need in order to attend.

Saturday, October 1st

This is the last weekend to see San Jose Repertory Theatre's Haunting of Winchester, a musical about what drove Winchester Rifle heiress Sarah Winchester to build that spooky house!

While you're in San Jose, the Guadalupe River Park & Gardens Visitor & Education Center is holding a Scarecrow Workshop!  Choose from a variety of shirts, pants, decorations, and plenty of stuffing to construct your scarecrow!

Those of you in the North Bay will not want to miss the Sonoma County Harvest Fair.  It's sure to be a blast with its pumpkin carving, hay rides, Haunted Room, and all the other fun stuff you'd expect at a fair!

If you're in San Francisco, don't miss Skull Making at the Randall Museum!  Your kids will wow you with their painting and creativity while having fun and getting in the Halloween spirit!

Sunday, October 2nd

The Cartoon Art Museum brings you Gross, Gruesome and Gothic, a display of more than 50 original cartoons, from spine-tinglers to rib-ticklers and everything in between.

Food For Thought, the Sonoma County AIDS Food Bank, and the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center bring you Calabash - A Celebration of Gourds, Art and the Garden. This fun event features fine gourd art, an exhibit of gourd instruments, live demonstrations in creating gourd art, and more!

Tilden Park Nature Area in Berkeley is having a series of exciting programs about the animals associated with Halloween.  Today your kids can learn all about Snakes & Spiders!
