Deviled Ham for Sandwiches or Crackers

3/4 lb. cooked ham, cut into 1 in. pieces

2 tbs. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. English-style dry mustard

2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. mayonnaise

3 tbs. grated onion

3 tbs. sweet relish

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Prepare:

In a food processor, combine ham, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, butter, and mayonnaise. Puree coarsely.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in onion, relish, salt and pepper.

Cover and chill well before serving as sandwich spread or on crackers.
