Serves: 6 dipped apples
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Occasion: Any
Effort: Average

1 bag Starburst Original Fruit Chews fun-size

6 small apples

1 bag Twix fun-size bars

1 bag Snickers fun-size bars

1 bag Dove Promises milk or dark chocolate

3 tbs. corn syrup

1/4 cup water

You'll also need:

6 wooden sticks

6 cupcake paper liners

How to Prepare:

To make 6 worms: Arrange 18 Starburst Original Fruit Chews on a microwavable dish in 6 lines of 3.

Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds, or until the candy softens, checking every ten seconds, being very careful not to burn.

In the palm of your hands, roll each line of candy into the shape of a worm. Set aside.

To make the apples: Press the wooden sticks vertically into the core of each apple. Lay paper liners flat on a baking sheet and fill the bottom with 12 chopped Twix bars. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl combine the Snickers bars, Dove Promises, corn syrup and water.

Place the mixing bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir the mixture as it melts. When mixture is shiny and smooth, turn off the heat.

One at a time, dip the apples into the chocolate mixture, rolling it so that it is completely coated. Use a table knife if necessary to aid you in covering the apple.

Set each dipped apple into the paper liner filled with Twix bars. Let cool and allow the chocolate to harden.

Curl the Starburst Original Fruit Chews worms around the wooden stick and apples.
