Preheat oven to the recommended temperature on cake mix box.
Place paper cupcake liners into two 12-cup muffin tins.
Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box.
Chop 12 Twix bars and set aside.
Pour 1/8 cup of batter into each cupcake liner and top with a generous tablespoon of chopped Twix bars. Finish with a final layer of 1/4 cup of batter.
Bake for the recommended time on cake mix box.
Cool cupcakes completely before frosting.
Frost each cupcake and decorate using Skittles for the eyes and nose, Starburst Red Fruit Twists cut in half lengthwise for the whiskers and Starburst Original Fruit Chews cut in half diagonally for the ears.
