Chili Cauldron with Meatball Eyes

1 1/4 lb. lean ground turkey

3/4 cup plain bread crumbs

2 tbs. taco seasoning

1 egg

18 pitted med. olives

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained

2 (15 oz.) cans spicy chili beans, undrained

1 (11 oz.) can Green Giant Mexicorn Whole Kernel Corn, Red and Green Peppers

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

How to Prepare:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 13x9 in. pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, 1 tbs. taco seasoning and egg.

Shape mixture into 18 meatballs. Press one olive into each meatball, wrapping small amount of mixture around it to resemble eyeball. Place meatballs, olive side up, in sprayed pan.

Bake for 30 min. and remove from pan.

Meanwhile, in lg. saucepan, combine chili beans, tomatoes, corn, and remaining taco seasoning mix. Cook over med. heat for 10 - 15 min., stirring occasionally.

Add meatballs to chili and cook an additional 5 min.

Garnish with cheese.
