Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using small Halloween cookie cutters, cut tortillas into shapes.
Spray tortillas with cooking spray, place on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Bake 5-7 minutes until edges are brown.
Mix cream cheese and salsa until smooth.
Spread mixture on serving dish and smooth guacamole over top, leaving 1/2 in. border.
Place sour cream in piping bag and use to pipe over the guacamole in circles, starting from the inside and working your way to the edge to make a spiderweb design.
