Slice apple crosswise into 1/4 in. thick rings. Sprinkle gelatin in microwaveable pie plate. Dip apple rings in gelatin to coat and place in single layer in pie plate. Pour cola around rings.Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 1 min. or until liquid is boiling. Allow to stand, covered, 5 min. Arrange rings on dessert plate. Pipe on whipped topping ghosts and add chocolate chip eyes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
