Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Separate dough and place individual pieces on work surface. Shape each piece into a tall triangle. Sprinkle basil evenly all over, if desired.With a knife, cut pepperoni slices into crescents (each slice will make 2 crescents). Place 1 salami stick piece along the base of each dough triangle. Roll up dough to completely cover salami, about 1/3 of the way up. This gives the appearance of the brim of the hat.Arrange 2 pepperoni crescents on top of each "hat" and arrange on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake 12 min. or until slightly golden on edges.Meanwhile, warm sauce for dipping.
