Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

2 cups pumpkin seeds (Note: One four pound pumpkin will yield about 2 cups seeds)

2 tbs. vegetable oil

1 tsp. salt

(Note: for more flavorful seeds, add chili powder or garlic powder)

How to Prepare:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse seeds in cold water and place in large bowl.

Add vegetable oil and salt and stir to coat.

Spread seeds on baking sheet in single layer.

Bake until crisp and golden (about 10-15 minutes).
