Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13x9 in. pan.Combine crumbs, butter and powered sugar until smooth. Press on bottom of prepared pan.Bake 10 - 12 min. or until golden.Combine coconut and milk and spread evenly over coconut mixture. Bake 15 - 18 min. or until almonds are toasted. Remove from oven.Melt chocolate chips in microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle chocolate over top.Cool completely.Use gel to make three drops on almonds for "face."
