Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Wash and core apples. Cut apples in half lengthwise; brush cut sides with lemon juice. Carve face on each apple half. Combine brown sugar, melted butter, spices and salt in sm. bowl; brush over all sides of apples, filling face cutouts. Place apples, cut side down, in baking dish. Pour remaining brown sugar mixture over apples in dish. Bake 18 - 20 min. or until apples are tender. For each serving, place scoop of ice cream in bowl and drizzle with caramel topping. Top with apple half and sprinkles, if desired.
