Cut squash in half. Peel, seed, and cut into 1/2 in. thick slices. Lay these in a buttered baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the orange juice, brown sugar and salt, pour over the squash and dot with bits of butter.Cover with foil and bake about 40 min., basting occasionally, until tender. Uncover and bake another 10 min. to glaze.
