Melt cheese over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in beans and salsa. Cut out center of bread, leaving 1 1/2 in. shell. Cut bread center into pieces (use cookie cutters to cut into Halloween shapes!).Reserve 1 pretzel rod and arrange the remaining rods on a serving plate to resemble campfire logs.Place bread cauldron on pretzels and fill with cheese dip, allowing some to spill over the top.Arrange bread pieces and cocktail bread around cauldron. Place reserved rod in cheese dip, leaning against the side of the bread bowl.
