Cut tops from oranges and scoop out fruit. Cut out pumpkin faces in the oranges.Combine pudding and milk over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, cream cheese and extract, stirring until melted. Let cool.Spoon pudding mixture into oranges. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours. When ready to serve, spoon green frosting into pastry bag fitted with a leaf tip. Pipe onto top of pumpkin for leaf topper.
