Ingredients:
1 tbs. butter, melted, plus an additional 6 tbs. butter

3 cups sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

14 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup marshamallow fluff

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Halloween Cookie Cutters

How to Prepare:

Brush a jelly-roll pan with 1 tbs. melted butter.

Over medium heat, combine sugar, 6 tbs. butter and milk and bring to a boil, stirring. Cook for 4 minutes after mixture boils.

Remove from heat and add chocolate, marshmallow fluff, salt and vanilla. Mix until chocolate melts. Add walnuts, if using.

Transfer to jelly-roll pan, cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours. Using Halloween cookie cutters, cut fudge into spooky shapes.
