Potato Pumpkin Soup

1/2 med. pumpkin
6 lg. red potatoes
3 tbs. butter|
Milk (to thicken)
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Prepare:|
Cook pumpkin and red potatoes until well done. |
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add milk a little at a time for thick, creamy consistency.
Top with croutons and serve warm.
