Moroccan Pumpkin Soup

1 medium pumpkin, cut in chunks
2 cans chickpeas, drained and washed
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 large onions, chopped
Salt and pepper (to taste)
How to Prepare:
In a large pot, cook all ingredients in water until tender.
Blend until you have a dark orange cream-of-pumpkin mixture. Serve.
